This is a stainless steel vessel (Belach Bioteknik AB) with a working volume from 1 to
3 litres. Bottom drive agitation, mixing enhanced by four vessel-mounted
baffles. Three standard 25 mm probe ports on the side of the vessel,
plus addition ports on the top plate. The bioreactor can be operated
at temperatures ranging from 5 °C to 100 °C. Sterilisable
inlet and outlet air filters. A gas analyser is available for connection
to the outlet gases during run. |
