The bioreactor (Belach Bioteknik AB) is a stainless steel vessel in-situ sterilisable fitted with a magnetic coupled stirrer, integrated motor stand, thermo-system and sterile filter system. The working volume ranges from 6 to 15 litres. A BIO_Phantom PC based software is used for process control with advanced regulations for stirrer, level, temperature, DOT, pH, redox, pressure, gas flow and pumps. Gas analyser for outlet gas is available. Three controlled and sterilisable stainless steel addition vessels of 3 and 5 litres capacity are connected to the bioreactor.
